Each project or service is subject to its own proposal, quotation, or contract, which will outline specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.
3. Quotes, Payments & Refunds
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before project work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion or before final delivery of files.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as time and creative resources are allocated immediately upon engagement.
Delays in payment may result in paused or cancelled services.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
Supply necessary materials (e.g., logos, content, imagery) in a timely manner.
Review and approve work within reasonable time frames.
Respect intellectual property and not reproduce or alter work without permission.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a specified number of revisions as stated in the proposal or agreement. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Once final approval is given, Brushworks Studio is not responsible for further edits, errors, or omissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All original concepts, designs, and creative materials remain the property of Brushworks Studio until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
Brushworks Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Your materials and business data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when legally required.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brushworks Studio will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or any delay in project delivery.
While we take every effort to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee results dependent on third-party factors (e.g., social media algorithms, hosting services, print vendors).
9. Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve the use of third-party tools, plugins, or software. Brushworks Studio is not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes related to those external services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. If a project is terminated before completion, the client is responsible for all work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
11. Changes to These Terms
Brushworks Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to our website, with the revised date shown at the top.
